Myron Mensh has been licensed in Florida to practice law since November, 1964.  A former prosecuting attorney for twelve years, Myron has devoted himself to representing people with family law issues since 1978.  He is certified by the Florida Bar Association in Marital and Family Law.

Myron Mensh is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar Association.  A native-born Floridian, Myron has practiced law in the West Coast of Florida since 1964.  A sole practitioner,  Myron gives personal attention to all his clients.

Myron received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law located in St. Petersburg, FL, on June 11, 1964.  Among his many professional associations are memberships with the American and St. Petersburg Bar Associations and the National Child Support Enforcement Association.  He has received many professional recognitions including the Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 1997 and a Certificate of Recognition from the Sixth Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem program.

From 1966 to 1978, Myron Mensh was a prosecutor for the Pinellas and Pasco Counties State Attorney's Office, Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.  From 1973 to  1977, Director of all criminal prosecution for the southern half of Pinellas County, supervised eight attorneys and full support staff.  In 1968, created discovery forms mandated by Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure which are still utilized by the Office of the State Attorney.  From 1964 to 1978 he was also partner in private practice with his brother, Mensh & Mensh, served the city of Madeira Beach as Associate Judge from 1965 to 1967, and was Special Assistant to State Wide Grand Jury III and Governor's Council for the Prosecution of Organized Crime in 1977 and 1978.  Those were the early years.  In 2001 Myron became sole owner of his firm formally Mensh & MacIntosh, P.A., which was devoted exclusively to service contracts with the State of Florida as legal service provider under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, since 1989.  The law offices of Myron J. Mensh, P.A., 1978 to date, emphasize domestic relations and children's issues, including support, dependency, delinquency, and enforcement of support by contempt procedures, lien processes and attachments and garnishments.
